We are seeking an elite Sales Estimator with experience as a technical roofing resource to clients and offer solutions based recommendations on company owned and leased properties and grow the local client base.

Create bid, meet deadlines, and ensure times are met Review logistics, assembly, scheduling, and many other facets to ensure maximizing ability to be competitively priced and securing profit for future work Maximize market potential by acquiring local and regional customers while servicing national clients. Conduct site visits and provide analysis of existing, BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal roof and steep slope systems.

Follow up with National Account sales team as well as local clients to review proposals and necessary logistics in order to close sales opportunities. Provide technical expertise and cultivate relationships with local and national customers. Communicate effectively with management teams. Other projects and duties as assigned by Manager. Functions and Requirements: 3-5 years commercial roofing estimating or technical roofing sales experience Proficient with data base estimating digitizer computerized estimating software.

(Edge System experience is a preferred, not required) Read and comprehend blueprints, specifications and related documents Capable of receiving instructions and clearly explain problems and solutions to customers Abide by all job-site safety requirements, including PPE, and fall protection Must be team orientated and be willing to perform based on the company's Core Values A valid driver's license and insurable driving record Exceptional Wages and Benefits Include:
