What You’ll Do:
- Engage with warm, qualified leads; we feed you, you close
- Assess borrower needs and match them with the perfect loan product
- Build and manage a pipeline that’s always moving, always growing
- Own the loan process from first call to final closing
- Collaborate with underwriting, closing, and compliance teams to keep deals tight and clean
- Stay sharp on industry trends, lending guidelines, and regulatory updates
- Represent the brand with confidence, clarity, and charisma
- 2+ years in mortgage lending or loan origination
- Proven closer with a track record of exceeding goals
- Deep knowledge of loan products, underwriting, and compliance
- High-energy communicator with a client-first mindset
- Obsessed with follow-up, precision, and speed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-reward environment
- Licensed and ready to roll (or willing and able to get licensed fast)
- Company-Paid leadsno cold calling, just hot opportunities
