Regional Account Director, Oncology

Role:
Regional Account Director in Oncology focusing on the Baltimore area, responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and product access within targeted IDNs, hospitals, and cancer centers.

• subject matter expertise in community oncology/urology GPO models
• 5+ years in pharma or healthcare
• experience in pharmaceutical account management within oncology channels
• strong skills in business planning, analytics, and cross-functional influence
• proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

• bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• extensive experience in healthcare sales or account management

• position demands up to 50% travel, including some weekends
• work setup is primarily location-based in Baltimore with significant travel within the territory

The role is critical for expanding Bayer’s oncology portfolio, including Nubeqa, Xofigo, Vitrakvi, and Stivarga, with a focus on strategic account growth and stakeholder engagement in a competitive landscape.
