Territory Sales Manager

I’m partnering with an established, independent eyewear company to find a Territory Manager for Maryland and Delaware.

• Real independence. The company isn’t owned by an insurance carrier or a retail giant. You’ll sell to optical practices that want frames chosen on quality and margin, not on what a vision plan dictates.
• You inherit a real book. The territory comes with 55 active accounts doing about $400K in sales, plus roughly 400 potential doors to grow into.
• Strong earning potential. Commission starts at 17–18%, with first-year earnings expected around $80–120K. Tenured reps earn $23–25K per month. The comp plan is built for reps who want to grow a book over years.
• A deep bag. You’ll carry multiple frame collections across price points, so you have something for every practice.
• Expenses covered: gas, hotel, parking, tolls, advertising.

• Outside sales experience, or a strong optical background (opticians, optical office or retail optical managers)
• Motivated by uncapped, commission-driven earnings and building something long-term
• Polished and credible in front of practice owners and opticians
• Self-managed, organized, and consistent in the field
• Based in Maryland or Delaware with a reliable vehicle and willingness to travel the territory. Baltimore or Annapolis is preferred but not required.
