This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and wants to make a genuine impact within healthcare and Homecare.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for new business and growing relationships and revenue within your region, while ensuring we continue to deliver a timely, robust, and high-quality Homecare service to our clients.
What you’ll be doing :- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Maintaining a strong presence in the field and conducting site visits
- Managing and developing your client pipeline
- Conducting regular service calls and proactively resolving client queries
- Working closely with scheduling teams and maintaining client availability
- Keeping client databases and records accurate and up to date
- Collaborating with Compliance, Sales, Payroll, and other internal teams
- Supporting basic payroll queries and timesheet management
- Identifying opportunities to develop client relationships and maximize growth
- Delivering an exceptional level of service to our clients and candidates
- 2–3 years’ experience in a Healthcare/Homecare environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A strong commitment to delivering passion for the elderly and building rapport.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Someone who is comfortable working remotely and in the field
