Security Officer

We are seeking professional and dependable Security Officers to join our team. This role requires individuals who are mature, attentive, and take pride in representing a high-standard environment.

The ideal candidate is computer-savvy, carries themselves well in uniform, communicates clearly, and values teamwork. They are detail-oriented, reliable, calm under pressure, and consistently go above and beyond to support both the team and the property.

• Monitor CCTV and surveillance systems to identify and report unusual or suspicious activity.
• Conduct routine patrols/rounds using Tour Trax or similar tracking systems to ensure safety and compliance.
• Manage and document deliveries, visitor access, and incoming shipments per established protocols.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies, following all procedures.
• Maintain accurate and professional reports, including daily activity logs and incident reports.
• Assist residents, guests, and staff with questions or concerns while providing excellent customer service.
• Enforce safety and security policies with professionalism and respect.
• Collaborate with the team and take initiative to support operations and exceed expectations.

• Previous security experience preferred.
• Strong professionalism, maturity, and reliability.
• Comfortable using technology such as CCTV systems, computers, and digital reporting tools.
• Polished, well-groomed appearance in uniform.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm, alert, and courteous in stressful situations.
• Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods and perform regular patrols.
• Team-oriented with a commitment to high standards and consistent performance.
