DSI Security Services is expanding, and we’re looking for dedicated Security Officers to join our team in Baltimore, MD. Be part of a diverse and inclusive workplace that values exceptional customer service and recognizes that its greatest asset is our employees.

Pay:

$18.50/hour

Available Schedules:

• All shifts available

• Oversee daily operations and ensure all security personnel are performing duties effectively.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between DSI and the client.
• Conduct post inspections and ensure compliance with site-specific procedures.
• Train, mentor, and support security officers on site.
• Handle incident reports, shift scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to site activity and personnel.

• Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Basic to intermediate computer proficiency.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of Supervisor experience.
• Maryland Guard Card is required.
• TWIC License is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Must have reliable transportation and communication.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
