Flex Security Officer – Baltimore Area

Pay Rate: $17.50–$18.50 per hour

Blueline Security Services is seeking reliable and professional Flex Security Officers to provide security coverage at multiple locations throughout the Baltimore area.

The ideal candidate must be dependable, professional, and able to travel to different client locations based on operational needs.

• Must have a valid Maryland Security Officer License

• Must have a valid driver's license

• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to different locations throughout the Baltimore area

• Must be able to pass a background check

• Must be able to pass a drug test

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English

• Must be professional, dependable, and able to follow post orders

• Must be able to work independently and respond appropriately to changing site conditions

• Must maintain proper uniform and professional appearance

• Must be willing to work different shifts and locations as needed

• Monitor and patrol assigned properties

• Deter theft, trespassing, vandalism, and other security concerns

• Conduct foot and vehicle patrols when assigned

• Monitor entrances, exits, and designated areas

• Complete Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and other required documentation

• Report incidents and suspicious activity to supervisors and Operations

• Follow all site-specific post orders

• Maintain a professional presence at all times

• Provide coverage at different Blueline client locations throughout the Baltimore area

We are looking for officers who are dependable, flexible, punctual, and willing to travel
. Flex officers play an important role in helping Blueline maintain coverage when additional staffing is needed.

Pay: $17.50–$18.50 per hour
