This continued success has created a need for a Fire Alarm Technician to work out of our Baltimore, MD territory.

Responsibilities
  • Servicing, testing, inspecting, and troubleshooting fire alarm systems, ranging from basic to complex systems. (Installation skills are a plus but not required.)
  • Responding to emergency calls promptly, which may occasionally include nights, weekends, and on‑call shifts.
  • Coordinating with contractors, customers, building maintenance staff, and office personnel to complete daily tasks efficiently.
  • Identifying code and non‑compliance issues and offering accurate recommendations for system improvements.
  • Committing to the successful troubleshooting and repair of assigned customer systems.
  • Upholding high standards of work ethic and attention to detail.
What You Bring To The Table
  • A high school diploma (industry experience is preferred but not required).
  • Extensive knowledge of NFPA 72, NEC, fire alarm system theory, OSHA requirements, and industry standards for fire alarm systems.
  • Familiarity with systems from manufacturers such as Gamewell‑FCI, Siemens, Notifier, Edwards, Simplex, Honeywell, Firelite, and more.

Hourly pay commensurate with experience with opportunity for a results‑driven bonus based on personal output and effectiveness in role. Expected salary range between $30.00 - $40.00 per hour.
