Plumbing Service Technician

Boothe’s Heating, Air, Plumbing, Drains & Electrical is growing, and we’re looking for skilled Service Plumbers to join our team.

• Perform all aspects of residential plumbing service (water heater installs/repairs, fixture replacements, drain cleaning)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues quickly and accurately
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, managers, and customers
• Keep truck inventory stocked and organized
• Complete paperwork and process payments accurately
• Mentor apprentices and support team development
• Occasionally participate in on‑call rotation
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service

• Experience 2+ years residential plumbing service & repair (diagnosing/troubleshooting)
• Skills Drain cleaning, leak detection/repair (preferred), fixture and water heater replacement
• Mindset Detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and results‑driven
• Physical Ability Able to work in hot/cold/wet conditions and lift/move equipment as needed
• Tech‑Friendly Experience with Service Titan a plus
• Requirements Valid driver’s license with clean driving record, background check, and drug screen
