• Provide residential plumbing services including water heaters, water conditioning, drains, piping, pumps, and diagnostics.
• Interact with customers, present options, and manage payments as part of customer service.
• Maintain professional communication and deliver high-quality service to customers.
• Document notes and support team with an emphasis on teamwork and accountability.

• Hands-on experience with residential plumbing, including water heaters, pumps, drains, piping, and troubleshooting.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to present options to customers.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, and to handle the business aspects of service calls (e.g., collecting payments when appropriate).
