As a Residential HVAC Installer for Supreme Service Today, you will have the opportunity to work with your hands and have engaging conversations with clients doing installations. Work one-on-one with our residential HVAC clients to install customized solutions ranging from a variety of HVAC equipment that fit our clients' needs, wants, and budget while showing off your craftsmanship!
Responsibilities- Install customized HVAC solutions for residential clients, engaging with customers and explaining installations clearly
- Work one-on-one with clients to assess needs, plan installations, and execute high-quality craftsmanship
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure smooth operation and successful project completion
- 1+ year of residential HVAC service experience
- Must have a proven track record of successful HVAC maintenance experience
- Knowledge of HVAC products and services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to travel to customer locations as needed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with a variety of residential HVAC systems, hand/power tools, and trade knowledge
- Comfortable communicating with customers in all types of circumstances
- Positive attitude, hard-working, and reliable
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must pass a background check

Compensation: $50K-$90K/Year with performance based bonus
