Journeyman or Master Plumber - Leadership Opportunity

📍 Anne Arundel County, MD. 💰 $60,000-$100,000+ per year (pay negotiable based on experience & licensing).

Boothe’s Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electric is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Journeyman or Master Plumber to join our Anne Arundel team. This is not a management role today – but it’s the perfect opportunity for the right person to grow into one.

• Perform a wide range of residential and light commercial plumbing work, including installations, repairs, service calls, troubleshooting, and repiping.
• Operate heavy equipment, perform dig-ups, and handle pipe fitting for water, gas, and drainage systems.
• Lead and mentor crews in the field, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety compliance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and clear communication with homeowners and team members.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and install plumbing systems with confidence and precision.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with plumbing codes.

• Journeyman or Master Plumbing License (Maryland required)
• Strong background in service and installation work
• Foreman or crew leader experience — able to take charge
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, motivated, and eager to grow into a management role
