Plumbing Service Technician

Join our Annapolis growing team as a Plumbing Service Technician at Boothe's Heating, Air, Plumbing, Drains & Electrical. We’re expanding and looking for skilled service plumbers to perform residential repairs, replacements, and drain cleaning while mentoring apprentices and delivering 100% customer satisfaction.

• Perform all aspects of residential plumbing service (water heater installs/repairs, fixture replacements, drain cleaning)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues quickly and accurately
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, managers, and customers
• Keep truck inventory stocked and organized
• Complete paperwork and process payments accurately
• Mentor apprentices and support team development
• Occasionally participate in on‑call rotation
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service

• Experience 2+ years residential plumbing service & repair (diagnosing/troubleshooting)
• Skills:
  
  drain cleaning, leak detection/repair (preferred), fixture and water heater replacement
• Mindset: detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and results‑driven
• Physical Ability:
  Able to work in hot/cold/wet conditions and lift/move equipment as needed
• Tech‑Friendly: experience with Service Titan a plus
• Requirements: valid driver’s license with clean driving record, background check, and drug screen
