Position Overview

Pay Range: Earn $20-$25/hr based on experience

Compensation Breakdown:

• Hourly Rate: $20-$25 per hour Based on Experience and Trade Skill
• Annual Range: $41,600-$52,000
• Weekly pay
• Performance Bonuses:
  Opportunity for merit-based increases based on skill growth and performance

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4pm.

Position Requirements

• 1 year of forklift experience preferred
• 2 years of grounds maintenance experience preferred (must be able to operate a lawn mower and trim branches)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency in groundskeeping, landscaping, and basic maintenance tasks
• Physical capability to perform outdoor and labor-intensive work
• Ability to complete forklift training class and safely operate a forklift.
• Ability to operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Adaptability to support various maintenance and operational tasks
• Comfortable with heights (will be operating a scissor lift in order to reach high places)

Position Responsibilities

• Perform general landscaping duties, including weeding, raking, and pruning.
• Repair and maintain outdoor areas by filling sinkholes, removing stones, and clearing debris.
• Install, repair, and maintain chain-link fences, gates, and related structures.
• Participate in snow removal, ensuring clear and safe walkways and parking areas.
• Complete trash removal.
• Complete debris removal.
• Perform basic carpentry, masonry, painting, and maintenance work on buildings and grounds.
• Assist with concrete and blacktop repairs to maintain functional walkways and parking areas.
• Clean up after maintenance and small construction projects.
• Weekly wipe down of all common surfaces as directed.
• Provide assistance to the Construction Foreman with various projects as assigned.
• Maintain an organized inventory of maintenance tools and outdoor equipment.
• Assist Operations Support Supervisor in keeping warehouse supplies stocked and organized.
