Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to support the migration of a Loan Origination System from mainframe COBOL to a modern AWS microservices architecture.

This role requires deep backend development expertise, strong Dev Ops capabilities, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment across multiple hub locations.

• Lead the design and development of backend services using Node.js and Type Script.
• Architect and implement CI/CD pipelines using Terraform with a strong focus on Dev Ops automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless migration from legacy systems to cloud-native architecture.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Maintain high standards of code quality and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to drive technical decisions and project progress.

• Expertise in Type Script and Node.js for backend development.
• Strong experience with AWS cloud services.
• Proven ability to create and manage CI/CD pipelines using Terraform.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions.
• Experience in migrating legacy systems to cloud-based microservices architecture.

• Experience with Angular for frontend development.
