Our client, a leader in cloud and AI-driven technologies, is seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer IV to design, develop, and deliver full-stack, cloud-native contact center software solutions. This role involves working with cutting-edge AWS services and generative AI to build scalable, secure applications that meet the highest engineering standards.

You will own the delivery of significant system components, serve as a technical lead on complex projects, and ensure solutions are reliable, well-architected, and well-documented. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Python, React, AWS services, and modern software design patterns, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

• Design, implement, test, document, and deploy full-stack, cloud-native applications.
• Build scalable solutions using Python, React/Node.js, and multi-threaded programming.
• Leverage AWS services such as Lambda, Step Functions, Dynamo
  
  DB, App Sync, Bedrock, Sage Maker, and Cloud Watch.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code deployment solutions with AWS Cloud Formation or CDK.
• Integrate and develop REST-based or Graph
  
  QL-based APIs.
• Collaborate in git-based environments, managing branches, pull requests, merges, and Git Hub Actions (or equivalent).
• Serve as technical lead on complex projects, ensuring adherence to best practice engineering standards.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience as a Software Engineer/Developer or related role.
• Proven experience with AWS services (Lambda, Step Functions, Dynamo
  
  DB, App Sync, Bedrock, Sage Maker, Cloud Watch).
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code (Cloud Formation, AWS CDK).
• Proficiency in REST/Graph
  
  QL API development and integration.
• Strong collaboration skills using git repositories and CI/CD workflows.

• Experience with Contact Center development or telephony infrastructure.
• Background in prompt engineering for large language models.
• Experience using AI-based coding assistants for development, testing, and documentation.
• Track record of building serverless architectures using AWS Well-Architected principles.
