- 10+ years of combined experience with modern software development using Drupal and PHP
- 10+ years of combined experience web development and building responsive UIs with modern front-end technologies.
- 10+ years of combined experience with Content Management Systems (Drupal, Word Press)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement.
- Solid understanding of modern PHP frameworks (Drupal, Laravel, Symfony, Zend).
- Basic knowledge of PHP's type system (typed properties and union types).
- Basic experience with concurrent programming (pthreads, pcntl, React
PHP). - Solid knowledge of relational databases (Postgre
SQL, DB2, and Oracle), SQL, and ORM technologies (RedBeanPHP, Doctrine, and Eloquent). - Solid experience with automated unit testing, TDD, BDD, and associated technologies (PHPUnit, PHPSpec, Mockito, Behat / Cucumber, Selenium, and Karma/Jasmine).
- Development experience with building responsive UIs with modern front-end technologies such as React, or Angular.
- Basic understanding of Dev Ops and tools (Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, Sonar Qube).
- Experience with API development & monitoring tools (Ready API, Swagger, Splunk, Dynatrace)
- Experience working on Agile projects and understanding Agile terminology.
- Preferred experience with AWS cloud technologies or other cloud platforms; AWS cloud certifications.
- Delivery (CI/CD) best practices and use of Dev Ops to accelerate quality releases to Production.
- Preferred experience integrating / establishing advance search capabilities (AWS Kendra).
- Basic understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns.
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience
