Software Engineer - Python, Full Stack Development

This position involves supporting advanced cybersecurity mission systems and working with the team to design, develop, and deploy full-stack software solutions for defense and intelligence operational requirements. You will collaborate with a diverse team of security analysts and operators to ensure your solutions are effective in real-world cyber operations scenarios.

• Develop and maintain Python-based backend services and APIs for mission-critical cybersecurity applications.
• Build responsive web interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks for security tools and dashboards.
• Design and implement database schemas and data pipelines for security data.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications in secure cloud and air-gapped environments.
• Collaborate with analysts to translate cyber operational requirements into working software solutions.

• Extensive experience developing in Python for backend services and APIs.
• Hands‑on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).

• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Development experience in a Linux environment.
• Experience with the Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence).

• Experience with message queues and event‑driven architectures.
• Familiarity with Graph
  
  QL or RESTful API design patterns.
• Experience deploying applications in secure/air‑gapped environments.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity tools, logging systems, or SIEM platforms.
