Senior Golang Backend Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Golang
• Build and enhance cloud-native microservices deployed in Kubernetes environments
• Develop RESTful and gRPC APIs for enterprise applications
• Design secure authentication and authorization solutions
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to design scalable, reliable systems
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve software defects
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Refactor existing code to improve maintainability and efficiency
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in architecture reviews, design discussions, and code reviews
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Estimate development effort and deliver high-quality software

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of backend software development experience
• 2+ years of professional experience developing applications with Golang
• Strong experience building distributed systems and microservices
• Deep understanding of Linux operating systems and development environments
• Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience building RESTful and/or gRPC services
• Experience with Git-based version control
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across engineering teams
