adeo is a brand, digital, and communications agency in Baltimore. Our work runs from brand strategy through websites for clients in higher ed, B2B, cultural institutions, and beyond, and this role is where the design finally becomes the thing people use.
We're looking for a front-end-leaning web developer who cares how things feel, not just whether they work. You'll partner closely with our designers from design-system stage through launch, build sites on the CMS that fits each client, and hold the line on performance, accessibility, and detail.
What you'll doThis is a full-time role based in Baltimore; we'll also consider contract-to-hire for the right person.
