Job Overview
Little & Junior Track Stars is growing, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and encouraging Youth Sports Program Coordinator to join our team! This role is perfect for stay-at-home moms, former athletes, personal trainers, or anyone passionate about kids.
Key Responsibilities- Create and manage seasonal schedules for classes, camps, leagues, and pop-up events
- Coordinate coach assignments and coverage across multiple sites
- Manage cancellations, weather adjustments, and make-up sessions
- Maintain accurate calendars and communicate changes to families, coaches, and sites
- Serve as a primary point of contact for coaches regarding schedules and logistics
- Assist with onboarding, training coordination, and ongoing coach support
- Help ensure coaching coverage and program consistency
- Support coach evaluations and feedback collection
- Respond to parent inquiries regarding schedules, locations, and program details
- Communicate with community centers, schools, and partner sites
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience for families
- Attend select classes, events, and camps to support operations and quality control
- Assist with equipment setup, attendance tracking, and program flow
- Step in to support sessions when needed (administrative or coaching assistance)
- Support registration tracking, rosters, attendance, and internal systems
- Assist with reporting on enrollment, coach hours, and program metrics
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Assist with outreach to schools, community centers, and local partners
- Support events, demo days, and promotional activities
- Lead fun, high-energy youth track & field fundamentals classes
- Teach confidence, discipline, teamwork, and grit
- Support young athletes (ages 3–12) as they develop coordination and fitness
- Help maintain a safe, positive, structured environment
This role is great for moms, former athletes, PE teachers, early-childhood educators, fitness coaches, reliable teens or anyone excited about youth development.
- Positive, energetic, and great with kids
- Dependable and punctual
- Excited to teach and cheer kids on
- Weekday morning availability (8 AM–12 PM), afternoons (3 PM to 5 PM) and/or weekend mornings
- Reliable transportation to travel to class locations
- Comfort leading small groups of young children
- CPR/First Aid a bonus (or willingness to obtain)
$20/hour for after‑school and Saturday sessions
$15/hour for extended‑day shifts, including spring break and summer camps
