CDL Bus Driver - BWI Airport

Overview

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Bus Driver to join our elite team in Baltimore, MD (BWI Airport). As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

Walk-in interviews are welcome on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10 am to 3 pm. Our location is at 7063 Friendship Road, Baltimore, MD 21240, inside BWI Airport.

• Position subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement
• Starting pay: $26.00 per hour
• Vacation: up to 14 days per year
• Paid sick leave: 8 hours monthly for full-time employees / 5 hours monthly for part-time employees

• Safety-focused operations: follow designated routes and schedules while adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations.
• Passenger care: assist passengers, ensure smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
• Vehicle vigilance: perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, report maintenance issues, maintain cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
• Adherence to protocols: enforce seat belts, emergency preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
• Other duties as required.

• 21 years or older
• Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsement (remove if not required)
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis

• Work outside in varying temperatures and conditions; 100% of the job is outdoors, often in remote locations
• Sit for extended periods; frequently walk long distances; may traverse uneven or inclined surfaces
• Push/pull objects up to 50 pounds; lift up to 50 lbs; may bend, kneel, or crouch
• Withstand heavy traffic areas; tolerate dust, vehicle fumes and noise
