Lot Attendant - MTA Baltimore Sisson/Lombard

Transdev North America is seeking a Lot Attendant to provide operational oversight, day‑to‑day management, and assist drivers in safe route operation. We are seeking customer‑service‑oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

Salary: $23.00 – $23.69 per hour (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement). Starting pay $23.00 with progression to $23.69 over 1 year.

• Vacation: up to 14 days per year
• Paid Sick Leave: 8 hours monthly full‑time employees

• Maintain the cleanliness of fleet vehicles – interior and exterior
• Move vehicles in building and lot, and deliver vehicles to locations and fuel & inspection stations
• Maintain vehicle mileage records
• Building supplies inventory
• Clean and maintain building interior and exterior
• Other duties as required

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to learn and perfect maintenance skills
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable

• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed
• Typically involves long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen
• Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors
