This is a full‑time, on‑site AME Flight Engineer role located in Baltimore, MD. The AME Flight Engineer will be responsible for ensuring aircraft operational readiness through regular inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Conducting system performance checks
• Coordinating with maintenance teams to address technical issues
• Ensuring compliance with aviation safety regulations
• Maintaining accurate documentation of aircraft logs and maintenance activities

The role requires attention to detail and collaboration with engineering and operational teams to support safe and efficient flight operations.

• Strong technical skills in Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering (AME) with an understanding of aircraft systems and components
• Experience in troubleshooting, system performance checks, and conducting routine inspections
• Proficiency in regulatory compliance, safety standards, and maintenance documentation practices
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering and maintenance teams
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and technical aptitude
• Certification as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer or equivalent, with relevant licenses and endorsements for various aircraft types
• Previous experience as a Flight Engineer is highly preferred
• Flexibility to work on‑site and possess strong communication and time‑management skills
