Delivery Driver

Summary

Delivery Driver position requires driving to Colliflower stores and customer sites in an assigned territory. The driver packs, organizes, and delivers specified products/items from Colliflower Warehouse/Hub locations to multiple stores or customer sites, and then returns to the Warehouse/Hub.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM.

• Ensure orders are accurately delivered to assigned locations or customers.
• Organize and pack product load into the van.
• Deliver and drop off products to stores or customers.
• Pick up products from stores/customers to bring back to the Hub when needed.
• Operate vehicle safely: drive securely to all locations, follow traffic rules, report safety concerns or vehicle issues to the supervisor immediately, and treat other drivers with courtesy.
• Maintain vehicle to Colliflower standards: perform daily and regular maintenance, keep the interior and exterior clean to company standards, and report maintenance issues in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service: communicate efficiently with Store Managers, Warehouse Supervisors, Operations Managers, and others; work independently, achieving a correct delivery rate with less than 3% error.

• 2 years of delivery driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record (CDL license NOT required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a criminal background and driving record check.

• Must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 150 lbs.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Regularly required to sit for long periods while driving; when making deliveries must walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, and lift products to the desired location in each store.

Work is performed while driving a company van and will also expose the driver to outdoors and store environments along the delivery route. Routine use of standard delivery equipment such as loading ramps and dollies is required.
