We're looking for dependable, organized, and proactive Weekend Operations Coordinators to support our clinical teams by ensuring equipment, supplies, and vehicles are prepared and ready for patient care.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, solving problems, and taking ownership of important operational responsibilities. You'll work independently while serving as a key member of a collaborative healthcare team.
Position Summary:
As a Weekend Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining operational readiness across our healthcare operations. You'll help ensure our clinical teams have the equipment, supplies, and support they need to deliver exceptional care to patients throughout the weekend.
Key Responsibilites:
Maintaining the readiness of medical equipment, supplies, and fleet vehicles used by our clinical teams
Managing inventory and ensuring critical supplies are stocked and available when needed
Performing quality checks and coordinating maintenance for blood testing equipment
Coordinating routine vehicle maintenance and repairs with fleet service providers
Tracking equipment repairs and ensuring items are returned to service quickly
Supporting nursing operations through transportation of lab samples as needed
Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional office environment

Fairfax, VA:
Saturday-Sunday | 16 hours per week | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PMBeltsville, MD:
Saturday-Sunday | 16 hours per week | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PMGlen Burnie, MD:
Saturday-Sunday | 16 hours per week | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PMWhat We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed
Experience in logistics, operations, inventory management, healthcare support, or a related field is a plus
