Drivers typically average 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week while hauling customer freight through established dry van lanes.
Established customer freight supports year-round hauling opportunities, dependable weekly mileage, and reliable freight availability throughout the year.
Compensation:CDL-A truck drivers earn $1,400 to $1,800 per week depending on experience and productivity. Guaranteed pay begins after 30 days of employment.
- Paid orientation at $100 per day
- Quarterly raises tied to performance

Drivers are eligible for quarterly raises based on safety performance and production metrics. Orientation pay is $100 per day.
Equipment:Drivers are assigned Kenworth T680 tractors (4 years old or newer) equipped with:
- Automatic transmission
- APU and inverter
- Voice navigation and in-cab 5th wheel release
Equipment is assigned based on availability.
Home Time:Drivers receive home weekly scheduling. Freight availability and route assignments are planned to maintain consistent mileage opportunities while providing regular time at home.

Qualifications:Applicants must hold a valid CDL-A license and maintain an acceptable driving history.
- Ability to operate 53' dry van trailers
- Previous tractor-trailer experience preferred
- Current DOT medical certification standards
