• Uses a variety of material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts, order pickers, turret trucks and handcarts to move raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse.
• Efficiently and accurately pick production orders from the warehouse according to the parameters specified in work order packets (i.e., warehouse locations, quantities, etc.).
• Follow all instructions as they relate to pallet type, product segregation, special label requirements, and other condition as they are presented.
• Execute / record transactions via RF / barcode scanner (WMS : Oracle EBS).
• Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety and quality issues.
• Conduct cycle and inventory counts when required and assist other team members in variance analysis and reconciliation efforts.
• Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• At least one (1) year of general work experience in a warehouse.
• At least one (1) year of experience operating lift equipment, including an order picker and narrow aisle reach truck.
• Must be a self‑managed collaborator comfortable working in a demanding environment.
• Must be willing to cross‑train in other work centers if / as needed (i.e., Receiving and Inventory).
• Effective communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Able to safely work for extended periods of time, mostly standing, well beyond an 8‑hour workday, lift materials up to forty‑five pounds.
• Works overtime, holidays, and weekends as required.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards.

• One or more years' experience utilizing Oracle EBS or other warehouse management systems in a fulfillment, distribution and / or manufacturing environment.
• Qualified forklift, order picker, and / or turret truck experience.
• Functional experience with RF / barcode scanners in high volume, warehousing environments.
• Complete all required documentation in an accurate and legible manner.
• Diligence and order accuracy.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Intralox considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training and key skills. The position is eligible for one of the following: commissions, discretionary incentives, or production incentives according to the terms of those plans.

Salary Range: $16.11 to $28.46 / HR
