We are seeking a CAD Technician based in Banbridge to be part of our growing team.
|KEY RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Use AutoCAD to prepare Building Services drawings to include Elevations, Schematics & General Details
- Take ownership of assigned work and manage own workload in line with agreed schedules.
- Ensure all drawings and outputs meet company quality standards and project requirements
- Produce and maintain CAD drawings in full compliance with company procedures and established CAD standards
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve drafting processes and efficiency
- Deliver all assigned work accurately and within agreed deadlines
- 5 GCSEs or Equivalent, including Maths & English
- Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role
- Experience with AutoCAD software
- Experience using Autodesk MEP / FabCAD MEP software
- Strong IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with others
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to work to deadlines across multiple tasks
- Attitude to learn and develop skills with Autodesk software packages
- Positive team player
- Flexible and willing to support wider team tasks
