BIM Technician: 3D MEP Modeling & Coordination

Alternative Heat Ltd in Northern Ireland is seeking a BIM Technician to support the BIM and Design teams in delivering accurate and coordinated 3D models. This entry-to-intermediate level role offers a hands-on opportunity to work with mechanical and electrical building services models through digital design, prefabrication, and BIM delivery. Responsibilities include producing 3D Revit models, preparing drawing sets, and ensuring effective collaboration with Engineers and Project Managers while maintaining version control in the Common Data Environment (CDE).
