Description

Team Overview: The Contracts department oversees the delivery and execution of projects from initial mobilisation through to completion and handover. Acting as the bridge between design, commercial, and on‑site teams, the department ensures that all contractual obligations are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. With a focus on planning, resource coordination, and problem‑solving, the Contracts team plays a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Role Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for developing, documenting and implementing robust assembly processes and work instructions to drive consistency and high‑quality output. You will develop and maintain PFMEA documentation and Control plans. You will work to enhance workflow and minimise waste across manufacturing value streams. Additionally, you will support the seamless introduction of new products and processes and apply standardised methodologies to ensure smooth integration into production.

What You'll be Doing

This role is responsible for driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations by leading PFMEA activities, maintaining control plans, process maps, SOPs, and work instructions to ensure robust process control and product quality. The position involves conducting process audits, implementing process control measures, supporting new product and process introductions, and collaborating closely with manufacturing engineering and cross‑functional teams to improve safety, quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and compliance.

The role also focuses on identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and leveraging emerging technologies and industry best practices to optimise manufacturing performance while supporting broader business objectives.
