Financial Controller

The Financial Controller is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the finance function, ensuring robust financial control, accurate reporting, and effective management of the company's finances.

Working closely with the Finance Director, the role will take ownership of financial reporting,month-end and year-end close, statutory compliance, audit, tax, cashflow control and financial governance while strengthening financial processes, systems and controls, to drive continuous improvements and support effective decision making and business growth.

The Financial Controller will lead and develop the finance team, driving high performance and fostering a culture of accountability through building capability and supporting ongoing professional development
