Bannview House is a modern, purpose-built Nursing Home supporting up to 80 residents. The Home is designed with individual bedrooms and ensuite facilities, a comfortable lounge and dining areas. The Home has three dedicated units covering General Nursing, Dementia Nursing and General Residential. The Home features enclosed gardens and a patio area for residents to enjoy the outdoors.

The role of a Registered Nurse is a leadership position in providing excellent, inclusive care. The Registered Nurse collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans tailored to residents’ individual needs. You will support the management of shifts, ensuring the safety of residents and the team, and contribute to personal and professional development to positively impact residents and their families.

• Delivering person-centred care to each resident
• Assess and monitor the physical health of residents within care plans
• Offer support and supervise all care staff or new recruits
• Ensure effective communication of any concerns relating to resident care
• Comply with relevant regulatory and statutory requirements
• Undertake any other duties reasonably required as designated by the Home Manager

Required Criteria

• Valid UK NMC pin
• Minimum of 6 months nursing experience
• The Right to Work in the UK
• The ability to work independently and supervise a team
• Have a good standard of written and oral English

• Experience gained in a care home setting
