💷 Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
About Concept Occupational HealthConcept Occupational Health is a growing private occupational health provider delivering high-quality workplace health services across a range of sectors. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a reliable and motivated Occupational Health Technician to join our clinical team.
The RoleYou will support occupational health clinics by delivering health surveillance and screening services while maintaining excellent clinical standards and client care.
Key Responsibilities- Audiometry, spirometry and vision screening
- Blood pressure, height, weight and BMI assessments
- Preparing clinics and maintaining equipment
- Accurate clinical record keeping and reporting
- Supporting drug & alcohol testing and biological monitoring (where trained)
- Providing professional, client-focused service
- Adhering to confidentiality and infection control standards
- ✔ Occupational Health Technician role
- ✔ Healthcare Assistant/Clinical Support Worker
- ✔ Health screening or clinic-based work
- ✔ Phlebotomy or clinical assessments
And experience in some of:
- • Audiometry and/or spirometry
- • Working in clinical environments
- • Accurate documentation
- • Independent working across locations
- OH Technician training or certification
- Drug & Alcohol testing qualification
- Phlebotomy experience
- Previous occupational health experience
- ✔ Full UK driving licence
- ✔ Willingness to travel regularly
- ✔ Strong communication and organisational skills
- ✔ Professional and reliable approach
- ✔ Legal right to work in the UK
