• 1 – 5 clients: £35 per session
• 6 or more clients: £40 per session

• 1 – 5 clients: £45 per session
• 6 or more clients: £50 per session

• Category A & B:
  Platform user, general referrals, university partner referrals
• Category C:
  Platform user, general referrals, university and insurance company referrals

All practitioners who are registered with Problem Shared must meet and demonstrate the following criteria before going live on the platform:

• Completed and graduated from a BACP/UKCP/BPC/BPS accredited course or equivalent professional counselling or psychotherapy training
• Level 4 diploma or above
• Duration at least two years (part‑time) or one year (full‑time)
• Included a supervised placement as an integral part of the training
• Covered theory, skills, professional issues and personal development
• Assessment of competence at the end of training
• Included at least 450 tutor contact hours

• In practice for 2 years or more
• Completed at least 150 hours of supervised practice post‑qualification
• Supervised for at least 1.5 hours per month throughout this period

• Accreditation with BACP/UKCP/BABCP*
• Member of UKCP (for psychologists)
• Recognised bodies: BACP, BABCP, NCS, COSCA

• Valid professional indemnity insurance of £2,000,000 or more covering practice and online therapeutic work. Must be for work based in the UK.

• Proof of right to work in the UK for all clients, including those when not based in the UK.

To work with us as a Psychotherapist or Counsellor, you must be a current registered member of a UK based professional membership body and demonstrate your commitment to following their ethical framework and code of conduct.
