Job DescriptionWhat you'll do
As a
Sit-In Care Assistant
, you'll provide dedicated support and companionship to individuals in residential settings, helping them feel safe, comfortable, and valued.
You will:
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with daily living activities where required
- Support residents with meals and refreshments
- Encourage independence and social engagement
- Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns to senior staff
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Help create a safe, caring, and welcoming environment
