Alternative Heat Ltd. is recruiting a People Administrator to join the People and Talent team at Head Office, Banbridge. The role involves supporting payroll, onboarding, and employee lifecycle administration, maintaining HRIS data and producing People KPIs and dashboards.
Reporting to the People Manager, you will contribute to GDPR-compliant HR processes and accurate personnel records, with standard hours Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm.
