Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a Deputy Manager to be at the very centre of the customer and team experience, stepping in for the Centre Manager when needed. The role covers back-of-house and front-of-house operations, ensuring superb service in a fast-paced centre.
You will support the Centre Manager to hit financial targets, drive sales, coach large teams, and lead by example. Nights and weekends will be required to match centre demand and events.
