We're recruiting on behalf of a leading engineering and manufacturing company for an experienced Welding Quality Manager to join their growing team in Banbridge. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality-focused professional to take ownership of welding standards, drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in maintaining industry-leading compliance.

The Role

You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of welding quality, ensuring compliance with ISO 3834 standards, supporting audits, improving welding processes, and working closely with manufacturing, engineering and project teams to maintain the highest quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a Welding Quality, Welding Inspection or Welding Coordination role
• Strong knowledge of ISO 3834, WPS/PQR control, welder qualifications and NDT
• Experience with in a manufacturing, fabrication or engineering environment
• Ability to lead quality improvements, audits and root cause investigations
• Relevant welding qualifications such as CSWIP 3.1, IWS/IWT or similar are desirable but not essential.
