We are looking for a Retail Supervisor to join our DV8 Boulevard store in Banbridge. The role requires a friendly, welcoming approach to provide excellent customer service, leading the sales team by example and ensuring the team delivers the same level of service.

• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and helping them as much as possible.
• Be responsible for opening and closing the store following the security procedures.
• Ensure customers have the best shopping experience by keeping all products priced correctly and the shop floor clean and tidy at all times.
• Maintain high standards of merchandise in store, ensuring products are positioned to look their best.
• Operate the till for both card and cash payments – training will be provided if necessary.
