Retail Assistant – VERO MODA Store, Buttercrane

A flexible Retail Assistant is needed. The role requires working weekdays and weekends, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the team in a fast‑paced retail environment.

• Manage day‑to‑day store operations.
• Achieve sales and KPI targets.
• Motivate the team to meet sales goals.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Train staff to reach maximum performance.
• Oversee stock management.
• Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities.

• Work flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends.

• Previous management experience in fashion preferred.
• Good organisational skills with clear goal setting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead by example.
