Customer Delivery Driver Extra

Availability Window

Sun 19:00:00 – 23:00:00, Thu 19:00:00 – 23:00:00, Fri 13:00:00 – 23:00:00. Minimum 12 hours per week, with a guaranteed 16 hours for new colleagues.

Starting rate of €14.18 per hour, with additional payments available based on location.

• Deliver customers’ orders with a smile and provide excellent service.
• Maintain a clean and tidy van and trays throughout the shift.
• Ensure trays are washed as part of the tray wash process.
• Load the van as required and check it for roadworthiness.
• Communicate with customers about any changes to their order, including substitutions or refunds.
• Treat all products and deliveries as if they were your own.
• Deliver within the customer’s allocated time slot.
• Call the customer before arriving at their property if early.
• Call the store or centre if running 30 or more minutes late.
• Build relationships with colleagues for teamwork and store improvement.
• Show warmth and genuine appreciation, e.g., say “Thank you.”
• Respond quickly to changing customer needs and embrace change.
• Share improvement ideas with the manager and peers.

• A valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Minimum availability as described above.
