DescriptionTeam Overview: The Stores & Warehousing team manages the receipt, storage, and distribution of all materials and equipment required for our projects. By maintaining organised inventory control and efficient stock management, the department ensures that the right materials are available at the right time, supporting smooth project workflows and reducing delays. Their role is key to operational efficiency and effective supply chain management.
Role Overview: Due to continued growth we are looking to integrate a Warehouse Administrator to our Stores Department. The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for the coordination and accuracy of all administrative processes within the warehouse, supporting the efficient handling of goods in and out, resolving discrepancies, managing documentation, and liaising with internal departments and external delivery partners. This role is critical to ensuring timely deliveries, accurate stock records, and effective reporting across multiple warehouse activities.
The Warehouse Administrator will demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously, particularly in a construction or M&E supply chain environment.

Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm
Salary: Competitive Depending on Experience
Responsible to: Head of Warehouse and Logistics
What You'll be Doing- Verify Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation, resolve shortages, over-deliveries, and other delivery discrepancies, and liaise with buyers and internal teams to address order errors or missing paperwork.
- Coordinate Trade/UF orders, including parcels, pallets, SDNs, picking lists, and confirmations, while managing courier issues, monitoring and escalating No POD cases, and producing regular reports.
- Conduct daily stock adjustments to maintain accurate inventory, oversee the Uniform and PPE request process, and manage the Open SOR (Stock on Review) report to resolve outstanding issues.
- Perform consumables inventory checks, complete monthly and quarterly PPE/Uniform stock checks with timely reordering, and participate in stocktakes to ensure overall stock accuracy and availability.
