Our client, a respected business based in Banbury, is looking for an experienced Accountancy & Tax Manager to join their growing team on a full time permanent basis working 8.30am – 4.30pm (flexible working hours available) Monday to Friday.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified professional to manage a varied portfolio of clients, providing accountancy, compliance and tax advisory support. This role offers the opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm, where you can make a real impact with clients whilst developing your own career.
As an Accountancy & Tax Manager you will build strong client relationships, provide practical tax planning advice, identify opportunities and support the development of junior team members.
To be considered for the Accountancy & Tax Manager role you will have:

- ACA / ACCA / CTA qualification
- Strong experience within accountancy and tax advisory services
- Knowledge of areas such as VAT, Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax and trusts
- Excellent communication skills and a commercial approach
- Team leadership & development experience
- a salary of up to £70,000 (depending on level of experience)
