We are hiring:
Health and Safety and Admin Lead
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting counselling and mental health hub.
Days:
Monday to Friday
Hours of work: 8:30am – 5pm (1 hour lunch break)
Location:
Banbury, OX16
- Oversee health and safety procedures and ensure legal compliance
- Oversee general maintenance and care of the building
- Ensure the building is welcoming and comfortable
- Work with contractors and cleaning services for building upkeep
- Ensure staff training is issued and up-to-date
- Maintain current insurance policies and compliance
- Handle incoming student enquiries for the Counselling Academy
- Promote and market the group
- Lease with potential new Business Associates
- Provide a welcoming environment and first impression for visitors
- Complete administrative duties, including data collation, payment logging, and responding to enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Support internal team members with administrative tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with GDPR and data protection regulations
- Manage referral spreadsheets and maintain Teams/SharePoint systems
- Coordinate with cleaning and building contractors to ensure high presentation standards
- Attend relevant Health and Safety training
- Ensure insurance policies are current and displayed appropriately
- Work with teams to prioritize and complete online workshops
- Report to leadership on marketing progress
- Respond to enquiries with excellent service
- Adhere to organizational processes and support administrative duties
- Attend necessary training for business growth
- Previous clerical and administrative experience preferred
- Experience in Health and Safety is desirable
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration or customer service
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Background in building management or maintenance is preferable
- Strong communication skills across multiple channels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
