Crane Supervisor – Banbury

Duties:

Supervise complex lifting operations on a major construction project.
Ensure all lifting activities are carried out safely and in accordance with lift plans.
Coordinate with Appointed Persons, lift teams, crane operators and site management.
Conduct pre-lift briefings and monitor lifting operations.
Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and site regulations.
Stop unsafe lifting operations where necessary and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

CPCS Crane Supervisor (Essential)
CPCS Appointed Person (Essential – required due to complexity of lifts; you will not be expected to act as the Appointed Person)
Previous experience supervising complex lifting operations
Strong understanding of lifting regulations and safe systems of work
PAYE
Weekly pay
