OverviewA friendly and supportive primary school in Banbury is seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team from January 2026.
Responsibilities- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
- Work with individual pupils and small groups to boost learning and development.
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
- Assist pupils with additional needs and contribute to their progress.
- Support classroom routines and behaviour management.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, reliability, and a passion for supporting children’s education and wellbeing.
- Experience as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, supporting learning in primary classrooms.
