ASAP (January 2026) Pay Scale: £89 - £100 per day A friendly and inclusive primary school in Banbury is looking to appoint a Nursery Assistant to join their nursery team from January. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young children with a range of needs and abilities, helping them develop key skills and a strong foundation for their future learning.

Supporting children in a mainstream nursery environment Assisting pupils with individual learning needs, including SEND Building positive and trusting relationships with pupils Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting behaviour management Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities This role is ideal for anyone seeking a fulfilling position working with children at the start of their educational journey.
