Are you an enthusiastic and nurturing EYFS specialist with a passion for giving young learners the best possible start? Monarch Education is looking to appoint a dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Classroom Teacher to work across welcoming and well supported primary schools in the Banbury area.

As an EYFS Classroom Teacher, you will:

• Create a warm, stimulating, child centred learning environment
• Deliver engaging lessons aligned with EYFS curriculum goals
• Support children's social, emotional and academic development
• Work closely with support staff, SEN teams, and school leadership
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual needs
• Build strong relationships with parents and the wider school community

• £150 per day minimum
• Paid to scale (MPS/UPS) for long term roles or positions with added responsibility
• Weekly pay through Monarch Education

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching within EYFS
• A nurturing, creative and child centred approach
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• A commitment to helping every child flourish
